I think we can all use a dose of heart energy right now, can’t we? There have been a lot of energy shifts and astrological changes lately that have brought huge shifts. End to years-long cycles. The ending of contracts. The removing of people and relationships from our lives. It has been a lot.
Speaking for myself, I feel as if I’m left bruised and wounded. I’ve drug my beaten and bloodied body over to a corner and am resting quietly against a wall trying to catch my breath. I am surrendered to the situation and have no interest in fighting, only healing and moving forward.
How to return to love? I mean I’ve not really shut myself down to love, but the wounds are real. How to trust again? How to believe I am safe, emotionally speaking, with another person? How to believe in the innate goodness of humanity despite the atrocities I am seeing in the world?
It all starts with the heart. The natural consequence of opening your heart chakra is the healing of those wounds and the inevitable embodiment of that Christ consciousness that originates and radiates from the heart. So, to the heart we will go. 💚
I’ve been led to focus on the chakras this year. I thought March would be a good time to start. They won’t be going in order but according to what color the month feels like to me (synasthesia lol). Since March is green, let’s start with the heart chakra.
