In life, who do you feel has let you down or disappointed you, and why? Are you still holding on to any resentments or grudges? Are you willing to release this?
In what ways do you negative self-talk yourself? List them out. Where did that come from? Did someone say something like this to you at some point in your life? Are you willing to release this and love yourself?
What triggers you to be angry? Why? Where does this stem from? Is it from ego? From an old wound? Unpack that and try to heal it.
Do you feel valuable? If not, why? Where does that come from? Did someone cause this? Did they say something? Do you have a bad habit of comparing yourself to other people? You are inherently valuable just as you are. Try to unpack this and see where it came from, then try to release it and love yourself.
Do you have a bad habit of repressing your feelings and stuff things down inside? Why? Where does that come from? It is safe to speak your mind with love and good intention. Try to unpack why you do this and then take steps to change your behavior. Say what you have to say.
Are there areas in your life where you are settling for less than you deserve? Where and why?
What is stopping you from living the life you want? What’s holding you back?
In what ways do you sabotage yourself?
Have you ever stayed in a relationship you know is not good for you? Why? Why are you not willing to reach for a better life?
What relationship is toxic and you need to walk away from right now?  What’s stopping you? Why is staying somewhere toxic (whether romantic, family, or friends) okay with you?
If you’re being honest, where could you be more courageous? What’s stopping you.Â
